ServiceNow Implementation, Sized for a Mid-Market Budget
End-to-end delivery led by a 15-year ServiceNow consultant — ITSM, HRSD, CMDB and the integrations that connect them to the rest of your stack. Scoped so a 200-2,000-employee company can actually absorb it, and reported so leadership sees the return.

Reporting layer
Senior delivery without the enterprise programme
Implementation led by a consultant with 15 years on ServiceNow — the expensive-to-reverse decisions get made by someone who has seen how they age.
Scoped for mid-market reality: a phase you can absorb, on a timeline that finishes inside the budget cycle that approved it.
Fixed scope agreed before delivery starts, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
The reporting layer is part of the implementation, not a follow-on proposal — we are a BI team first, and it shows in what you can measure at go-live.
One partner across platform, integration and analytics, so nothing falls in the gap between three vendors.

What we deliver
Our Offerings
ITSM implementation
Incident, request, problem and change configured to your process — the fastest visible win and the foundation everything else reports against.

What an end-to-end implementation covers
The modules, and how we phase them
ITSM is where most implementations start, because incident, request, problem and change touch the whole organisation and deliver the fastest visible improvement — that detail lives on our ServiceNow ITSM implementation page. HRSD usually follows: an employee service centre, case management and the onboarding and offboarding workflows that quietly consume HR's week. CMDB sits underneath both, scoped to the CI classes you can realistically maintain rather than a full enterprise programme. We phase deliberately instead of attempting everything at once, because a mid-market team has a finite amount of change it can absorb, and an implementation that exhausts your people in phase one does not get a phase two. The full picture of our platform practice sits on the ServiceNow consulting page.
Integrations — where implementations usually get expensive
A ServiceNow instance that does not talk to anything else creates as much manual work as it removes, so integrations are scoped up front rather than discovered mid-project. The common set is identity and directory sync so users and groups stay current, monitoring and alerting tools so incidents raise themselves, HR and payroll systems for HRSD case data, and asset or endpoint management feeding the CMDB. We build these through IntegrationHub or direct API work depending on what your systems support and what you can maintain afterwards. We are deliberate about the count, because each connected system is authentication, API behaviour, field mapping and ongoing failure handling — integrations are the single most common reason implementations overrun, and the honest fix is scoping them properly rather than promising more of them.
Reporting, and a word on Now Assist
Because our core practice is BI, the measurement layer is designed during implementation rather than proposed afterwards. We make sure the fields your KPIs depend on are captured consistently in the workflow, and at handover you get a working KPI view — extended into Power BI or Tableau if that is where leadership reads: see ServiceNow and Power BI integration, ServiceNow and Tableau integration, or ServiceNow ITSM dashboards for the KPI set itself. On Now Assist and the platform's AI features: they are worth evaluating once your data and process foundations are sound, and worth very little before that. Clean categorisation, a maintained CMDB and consistent knowledge articles are what make those features useful, so we sequence them after the foundations rather than leading with them. If you are weighing the platform's native reporting against external BI, we cover that honestly on our Performance Analytics alternative page.
The partner sized for the company you actually are
A 15-year ServiceNow consultant leads delivery
Platform decisions that are expensive to reverse — SLA model, CI classes, how far to customise — are made by someone with 15 years of watching those choices age, not learned on your project.
Phased to what you can absorb
We sequence modules rather than attempting everything at once. An implementation that exhausts your team in phase one never gets a phase two, and we would rather deliver three phases than one heroic failure.
Fixed scope, agreed before we start
Scope, deliverables and price are settled before delivery begins. Integrations are counted up front, because unscoped integrations are the most common reason ServiceNow projects overrun.
Reporting is included, not upsold
We are a BI team that implements ServiceNow. The measurement layer is designed during configuration, so at go-live you can actually show what the investment bought.
How an end-to-end implementation runs
A strategic approach tailored to your business needs.
Discovery & scoping
We map your current processes, systems and pain points, agree which modules and integrations are in scope for which phase, and fix the scope and price before anyone touches the instance.
Process & data design
Process design for the modules in scope, the CI model for CMDB, and the field-level decisions your future KPIs depend on — documented and agreed with your team.
Configure & integrate
Module configuration plus the scoped integrations, staying close to baseline wherever your process does not genuinely require otherwise so upgrades stay cheap.
UAT & enablement
Your team tests against real scenarios while we run admin enablement in parallel, so ownership transfers during the project rather than at the end of it.
Go-live, reporting & next phase
Cutover with hypercare support, the reporting layer live from day one, and a clear-eyed plan for the next phase based on what the first one actually taught us.
